Head board bench/Trash to Treasure Tuesday

This pretty bench once was someones twin headboard. In it's original state it was green with 4 posts. My husband cut off the posts. Cut the footboard in half, then framed the bench. I painted it my favorite color white added the padding. The fabric I used to cover it with was a curtain. Very easy to put together. It's strong too!! Treasured Trash...it's worth the second LooK!!!

Wayyy cool! I recently bought a full size head & footboard that I will have hubby do this too. Would love to get a look "under your skirt" *grins* so that I can see the contruction better.

Your husband did such a nice job with this! It's really cute. I saw one similar in an antique mall, but it wasn't as large as yours. I like yours so much better. Great treasure!

Sheila :-)
