When ONE closes anOTHER opens

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! it's been awhile. i'm not blogging or am i reading all the blogs i follow. school, work and still trying to put my self back together. i'm doing OK but thought i would be starting the RN program at school this coming january, i am not. i didn't pass the entrance exam, missed a passing score by 4 points. ughhh!!. reinvent myself yet again. my goal is to become a RN and get back in the swing of crafting/creating and dare i say open my own store. dreams. they do come true. i'm posting a few VINTAGE doors i salvaged from the trash this past summer. they are in great shape!!!! i'm listing them on craigs list. check them out.

i am slowly getting my creative edge back. it's been a very long time. but it's happening. in between my school schedule and work.

while on a day trip this past summer i stopped at a barn sale in pennsylvania. ohhh so many goodies were stashed away in that barn. if i only had that truck i've been dreaming of. at the time i was not looking to aquire any more "things". i did pick up this light fixture and a few smalls. i cleaned the layers of "stuff" off and pulled out the wires, the type covered in cloth. i'm guessing this is from the 20's or 30's. i loved how it cleaned up. all chippy'tique, it's new life shall be a candle holder. and it's being offered on my etsy.
